Relevant case study
Instant Carry
Instant Carry is an e-commerce platform for gaming services with a large catalogue and complex product options. The previous website used an off-the-shelf Woodmart theme and supporting page-builder stack; the project team reported slow loading and weak conversions.
50% conversion growth
Challenge
The previous version relied on an off-the-shelf Woodmart theme and supporting page-builder stack, with slow loading and weak conversions reported by the project team. A Lighthouse lab test of the archived old version, run on 18 September 2026 using an emulated mobile device and slow 4G connection, returned scores of 57 for Performance, 86 for Accessibility, 54 for Best Practices and 58 for SEO. Key performance metrics were FCP 6.0 s, LCP 7.1 s, TBT 0 ms, CLS 0 and Speed Index 42.2 s. The redesign also had to preserve complex product configuration: ThemeComplete EPO provided a strong foundation, but it did not support every business-critical option, while raid products required time slots to be updated regularly from multiple sources without manual entry. The old-version results are from a current Lighthouse test of the archive, not a preserved historical PageSpeed Insights report.
Solution
We developed a custom WordPress/WooCommerce theme from the Figma design with pixel-perfect implementation. ThemeComplete EPO was retained as a reliable foundation and its missing functionality was adapted selectively, avoiding the cost and complexity of building the entire product configurator from scratch. We also built a scheduled automation that imports data from CSV and API sources and updates raid time slots.
Outcome
Indexed comparison: before redesign = 100.
Core Web Vitals — real-user data
- LCP 1.5 s Mobile CrUX · good ≤ 2.5 s
- INP 144 ms Mobile CrUX · good ≤ 200 ms
- CLS 0.01 Mobile CrUX · good ≤ 0.1
Before the rebuild
- Off-the-shelf theme and page-builder stack
- Slow loading and weak conversions
- Time slots from multiple separate sources
After the rebuild
- Custom theme based on the Figma design
- Automated CSV/API imports for raid time slots
- 50% conversion growth and passed Core Web Vitals assessment
The redesign delivered a faster, cleaner custom foundation, a distinctive visual identity and more reliable maintenance of a complex catalogue. Conversion increased by 50%, while automated CSV/API imports reduce the manual work required to keep raid time slots up to date.
Codingharmony transformed our complex WooCommerce project into a faster, more stable and fully bespoke website without compromising the functionality that is essential to our business.
Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our existing content?
Yes. During the audit we identify what is worth keeping, what needs revision, and what no longer supports the new structure and goals.
What happens to our existing URLs and search visibility?
We plan URL mapping, redirects, and technical SEO details. No migration can guarantee unchanged rankings, but careful planning and verification reduce the risk.
Will our team be able to update the website?
Yes. Within the agreed scope, we create editable sections for content your team needs to change regularly and provide handover guidance.
Does the range include ecommerce and complex integrations?
Not automatically. Ecommerce, booking, CRM, ERP, and other integrations are assessed against the specific requirements and included in the final proposal.
