Codingharmony, Kozaračka 67, Subotica, Serbia, operates codingharmony.rs and codingharmony.com. For privacy enquiries, email [email protected].
Data we process and why
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, message, and technical attribution data (landing page, referrer, and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters or click IDs). We use this information only to respond, prepare a proposal, take steps before entering into a contract, and understand which enquiry sources are effective.
The server may record an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser type, and security events to keep the website stable, prevent abuse, and protect the service. We store your cookie preferences so the website can apply your choice.
Legal bases
We process enquiries to respond to your request and take pre-contractual steps. We process security logs for our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Analytics or advertising storage on your device is granted only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients, processors, and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Authorised hosting, email, security, and technical-support providers may process it only as needed to deliver their services. If processing requires a transfer to another country, we use the contractual or other safeguards required by applicable law.
On the production website we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YVQVMB12QH). Before you make a choice, Google Consent Mode denies analytics and advertising storage; Google may still receive limited cookieless technical signals, including the consent state and information needed to transmit the request. After consent, Google Analytics may process page, referrer, campaign, event, device, and browser data. Our successful-enquiry event does not contain your name, email address, or message.
Retention
We retain enquiries and business correspondence for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation, or legal claims. Security logs are retained only as long as needed for their security purpose. Cookie preferences are retained for up to 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the email address above. Where the GDPR applies, you may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country; in Serbia you may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Required information and automated decisions
Your name, email, and message are needed so we can respond; without them we cannot handle the enquiry. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
Cookies and changes
For details about device technologies and changing your choice, see our Cookie Policy. We update this policy when our purposes, tools, or legal requirements change and publish the new date on this page.
